Can I major in both computer engineering and music, and minor in japanese? In which US university, please?

Ok, I've been super indecisive about what to study. I had the advantage of graduating at 16 yrs old by a special program, and now I'm 20 and I have not yet been able to decide what to study. I love music and art and I've always known I want to be a singer, songwriter and composer. But, I understand that music is a very insecure thing, as for jobs... I'm also good at math and science. The thing is, since I graduated, I've been to three majors: computer engineering, popular music and biology, and now, computer engineering again... I have not finished many courses, because I always ended up withdrawing in time ot not enrolling at all for time (lol I don't know why! Since those were basic courses everyone has to take! I guess it was my mind and indecision taking the best of me...), nor have I taken any concentration courses, other than biology and music courses. My GPA is very good though, is 3.88. I want to know if I can study all my interests. And, if I take a minor in japanese, can I take korean or mandarin language courses too? I like them both, but I think korean is easier than chinese for me, since it resembles japanese grammar, and I already know enough japanese to communicate a little and not to get lost in Japan, so grasping korean grammar may not be too difficult for me, I think. Mandarin seems scary to me, but I love it also; it's just that pronunciation is tonal and hard. I also want to know, if I minor in japanese, can I be a teacher one day? or I have to take pedagogy electives?? LoL I know I must sound so crazy xD but really, I need advice. Thanks!! Ps. I know, many will say to look inside of me and find my true interests, but... I've tried and I can't!! I think it is because my family has never been wealthy and we've always had to struggle and my true interests, which are music, asian languages and teaching, can't beat my desire to be economically good in the future; like, I want to have enough money to live a good life and be able to travel and... live!! Without always worrying about not having enough money.... I know engineering will give me money, and I like engineering because of the math and all, but I can't like, completely set aside my greatest interests... **Sorry for making you read so much!!!!!** XDDD ..And thank you..

I only read part of your overly lengthy statement. Learn to edit. There is a close relationship between music and math. Our math professors claim that HS participation in jazz band is a great indication of probable academic success. Why you have sabotaged each major of course is a question for your therapist and defnitely not this forum. Good luck to you - one of my own daughters is brilliant and also lacking balance. She seems to have steadied down in her mid-20s.
