Is it cheaper to buy in Japan, one way ticket (Tokyo to LAX) in July?

What are the best places to visit in Japan? I'm travelling w my teenage kids and hubby. Looking at 12 days.?

Am planning to go Japan with 3 young kids in June. Speak no Japanese. Easy to travel around?

Which of these asian countries are the cheapest to travel between (land/boat)?

I am visiting Japan in the summer and need to decide which rail pass to buy before I go. Everywhere seems to recommend to Japan Railpass, but the fact is I will only be visiting four cities when I am there. From my research, the Tokaido Shinkansen train connects al of the cities I will be travelling o and from: Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka and Tokyo. Is there a different pass I can buy which I can use exclusively on thiese trains? I do not need the pass to cover the extremeties of the country (up so and around Sendai - down to and around Hiroshima and Nagasaki) The Japan Railpass is quoted at around 200 pounds Sterling...I need a cheaper option. Help?

You can travel to those cities by overnight highway bus if you are on a budget JR Pass (7 Day version) already pays itself off if you plan to take the Shinkansen (bullet train roundtrip from Tokyo to Osaka). If you can't afford that, then go with overnight buses. If you can't afford overnight buses, then don't travel out of Tokyo.

200 pound is still cheaper if you buy separate pass. because you need the east and west JR Pass so it more expensive (try buying the 7 days and time your journey and it should be able to achieve it.

A round-trip ticket on the bullet train between Tokyo and Kyoto is about 13,000 yen ( around 130 dollars) one-way. The Japan Railpass is the pass that allows you to reserve a seat on these trains. As far as I know, there is not a shinkansen pass because a reserved seat is requires and not many seats go empty. Use to calculate the fares between each station and see if the pass will save you any money. You can change the language to English on the first screen and plan out all your trips.

The rising sun country is one of world leaders on manufacture of cars and motorcycles. Quality and reliability of Japanese cars is familiar to each motorist, after all hardworking Japanese to any work concern very thoroughly and responsibly, including creation of cars. In the Japan you most likely will not meet concerning old cars, local authorities with a view of stimulation of a domestic motor-car manufacturer have passed the law according to which on cars is more senior five years considerably insurance payments so the average Japanese easier and more cheaply to buy the new car raise, than to contain the old.
